In
consideration of and as a prerequisite to the participation
as a volunteer member of the On The Edge Entertainment
Street Team, I agree and understand that any volunteer
work or services performed by me or any person acting
at my direction in support of On The Edge Entertainment
Street Team ( including OTE Music Groupt, LLC, its affiliates,
subsidiaries, officers, directors, employees, agents,
representatives, band members and licensees, affiliated
business organizations which will be referred to as 'On
The Edge Entertainment ) may expose me or those acting
at my direction to both known and unanticipated risks
of harm or injury.
I hereby acknowledge that as a On The Edge Entertainment
Street Team volunteer, I am not an employee, agent or
representative of On The Edge Entertainment. I further
acknowledge that I am volunteering my time, that I do
not expect any compensation for my efforts and that my
activities will be lawful and not violate the rights of
others.
I hereby assume full and complete responsibility for all
such risks, and release and discharge OTE Music Group,
LLC from any and all claims, rights, demands, actions,
causes of actions, expenses, losses, damages or liability
whatsoever which may arise or relate to any personal injury
or property damage I or any person acting at my direction
may suffer or cause while performing such volunteer work
or service or any activity related thereto. I specifically
hereby release the OTE Music Group, LLC, and any other
volunteer, from any injury, act or omission, caused, occasioned,
or contributed to, actually or allegedly, by the negligence,
sole or concurrent, OTE Music Group, LLC.
I agree for myself and my heirs, executors, administrators,
successors and assigns that I will defend, indemnify and
hold harmless the OTE Music Group, LLC and volunteers
from and against any claims or suits initiated by others
with regard to my volunteer work or service or any activity
related thereto.
I understand that the OTE Music Group, LLC will not maintain
insurance which will cover me or any person acting at
my direction for either personal injury, property damage
or medical expenses, and I accept full and exclusive responsibility
for the costs of treatment for any injury or damages suffered
by me or by others as a result of my conduct while participating
as a volunteer.
By participating in this website, I certify that I have
read and understand all of the terms and provisions of
this release and agree to be bound by the terms set forth
herein in consideration of being a On The Edge Entertainment
Street Team volunteer.
