The Edge Entertainment, OTEMUSIC.com/Bungalo/Universal is sponsoring
the “2006 Unsigned Talent Search” with the auditions
beginning on March 4th, 2006. This national "Artist Search"
is available for everyone from singers,
rappers, groups, bands and duo's from across
the country. Auditions will be recorded and mailed
to various A&R sources in the music industry. This
event will also be filmed for a “Reality TV” series
and released on DVD worldwide.
Thousands
of talented performers will compete for a chance to
win recording contract(s), cash prizes, studio time
& equipment, chance to be on our film soundtrack,
chance to perform in the independent film (Mind Games),
and a free trip to New York. This event will feature
live entertainers and special surprise celebrity performances scheduled for November of 2006.
Music talents of all genres are invited to participate
- including hip-hop, pop, rap,
adult contemporary, rock, R&B, reggae, gospel, and
even Latin. Cash prizes and studio time will
be awarded to multiple semi-finalist.
Only 5 of the 15 semi-finalist chosen from the various
auditions will be chosen to compete in the 2006 Unsigned
Artist Awards ceremony finals competition inclusive
of a surprise celebrity performance. Selection of the
finalists is within the sole discretion of OTE entertainment
not limited to our online voting process.
The
Talent Show acts will be scored based on
the following criteria up to 100 points. |

REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED TO PARTICIPATE IN THIS EVENT.
There are a limited number of entries for this event
and we advise you not to delay your registration. The
deadline for submitting your online registration and
payment is September 29,
2006 at 5:00 P.M. Pacific Stand Time. There is a $100
registration fee required. If attending a live
audition is not possible, interested ones can submit
their material and registration fee to the address below:

with our artist search, we will be hosting a variety
of invitation only, music industry network parties.
This will be a great opportunity to for all entertainment
career oriented individuals to speak with some of the
most influential business executives and talent of the
music industry today. Many independent entertainment
professionals have been invited including booking
agents, publicist, producers, personal & business
managers, musicians, dancers, choreographers, stylist,
radio personalities, A&R executives, songwriters,
entertainment lawyers, press, casting agents, photographers,
club promoters, concert promoters, talent scouts, etc.
The 2006 Unsigned Talent Search will be extremely competitive
and hopefully, this event will provide future opportunities
for everyone.
